The Executive Insight Development Group is based in Salt Lake City, Utah.
Laura Crawshaw, L.C.S.W., is the principle, coaching managers and executives world wide. Although Laura specializes in helping abrasive executives learn and implement valuable emotional intelligence skills, she works with a wide variety of clients who have diverse needs.
Laura received her master's degree from the Smith College School for Social Work and conducted postgraduate studies at the Seattle Institute for Psychoanalysis and Harvard Community Health Plan. She is a member of the International Society for the Psychoanalytic Study of Organizations and the Academy of Certified Social Workers. Currently she is completing a doctorate in human and organizational systems at the Fielding Institute of Santa Barbara, California.
With eighteen years experience as a corporate officer and clinical practitioner, Laura's experience in corporate management, executive development, training, and organizational psychology intervention for a clientele of over 600 corporations attests to her expertise.
